A Master Coach, I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential – whether it be achieving personal or professional goals or simply being more comfortable being their authentic selves. We live in a fast paced world where change is constant and at times it can be hard to find the path you want to take. I provide individual and group coaching on productivity, goal setting, emotional intelligence, leadership and mindfulness.
With organisations also needing to keep their finger on the pulse and be proactive in responding to changing markets and conditions, there can be adverse impact on staff morale. I use my experience and knowledge as a life and performance coach to work with individuals, teams and management on how to become more resilient to change, ways to improve focus and productivity and develop a growth mindset.
