Farfalla Interiors and Events
Farfalla Interiors and Events was born out of my love of both of these areas. I’ve had a passion for Interior Design since a very young age, and have a Diploma in Interior Design as well as Event Management. I spent my teen years and early 20’s redesigning my own spaces every few months. I was always helping family and friends with their homes and eventually started my own small Interior Design Consulting business, prior to working in management consulting.
After working in project management, I eventually moved into event management and worked at Suncorp Stadium for Spotless, as the Functions Co-ordinator. After leaving Spotless to have my son, I continued my passion for both interior design and event management, helping friends, family, and the community, and working on my own home and projects. I was in my element when my son’s birthday came around every year, and invested months into planning and creating, resulting in some very fun parties.
Over the past 10 years I have been heavily involved in organising many large and varied events, as well as some beautiful interior spaces.
Some of the events include large birthday parties, weddings, seminars, trivia events, cent auctions, a gala ball, a semi-formal for year 11’s when the school cancelled theirs, and have given many hours of my time to organising large fundraisers.
I have also created some amazing interiors, both for others, and for my own projects. During the past 10 years, my husband and myself have been involved in property development, selling off the last of our properties in 2022.
My son is now in his second year at uni, so the time seemed perfect to combine my two loves, and re-launch my business. I am very passionate about working with people to help them achieve a better quality of life through loving where they live, and celebrating special times and making wonderful memories so they can love where they play.
