Update from Greg Chemello

To a pack out crowd we heard from Brent Kinnane GM of TAFE Qld SOuth West Region about the Skills Alliance greater Springfield and how they are working specifically on the needs of our region, he also advised us of a new Certificate IV in Small Business Management they were facilitating.

We then welcomed Greg Chemello the Interim Administrator from Ipswich City Council who gave us a six month progress update from council. Reports regarding the divisional boundaries will be released soon for all to read. There was questions from the floor regarding rate increases, and talk about Olympic Bid and Expos.
